Hotel Constanza management informs guests that it is strictly forbidden to engage in any behaviour that endangers life, health, or physical integrity within the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, actions such as attempting to cross from one balcony or window to another.
Guests engaging in such dangerous behaviour will be immediately expelled from the premises by management, with the support of security forces if necessary.
These actions are considered a serious offence under Article 14 b) of Decree-Law 1/2020 and may result in fines ranging from €6,001 to €60,000 by the competent authority.
Any uncivil or disrespectful behaviour towards hotel staff, other guests, or the facilities is strictly prohibited. This includes excessive noise, shouting, singing, violent behaviour, or inappropriate dress.
It is also strictly forbidden to remove any food or beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) supplied by the hotel for consumption outside the premises.
